Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Telegram Frame Downloader (the “Extension”) handles information when you use its account, download-quota, and subscription features.
Information we handle
- Account information: email address, display name when provided by an identity provider, and provider account identifier.
- Authentication information: session tokens and, for email accounts, a securely derived password hash. Plain-text passwords are not stored.
- Subscription and payment status: selected plan, subscription status, billing period, and Stripe customer, subscription, or transaction identifiers. Payment-card details are entered directly on Stripe and are not stored by the Extension.
- Usage information: daily download count, quota reservations, settlement status, and completion markers needed to operate the service and prevent duplicate processing.
- Site content: video and audio selected by the user are processed locally in the browser to create the requested file. The media content itself is not uploaded to our backend.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate accounts, operate download quotas, provide plan and billing features, secure the service, prevent abuse, and respond to support or account-deletion requests.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure, Auth0 provides optional Google and device authentication, and Stripe processes payments. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell user information.
Storage and retention
Account and subscription records are retained while an account is active and as needed for security, legal, refund, and payment obligations. Sessions expire, and short-lived quota reservations are removed or settled as part of normal operation.
Your choices
You may stop using the Extension, cancel a recurring plan from the account screen, or request account/data deletion through the support channel identified on the Chrome Web Store listing.
Security and children
Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no system is completely secure. The Extension is not directed to children under 13.

Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its “Last updated” date.
